Questions and answersPower Move Summit FAQ
Every answer below is a current fact about the summit. Anything still being planned says so. Date and venue announcements go to the interest list first.
What is The Power Move Summit?
The Power Move Summit is a one-day working summit for small business owners in the Houston / Cypress, Texas area, hosted by Fan2See Productions and ConsultWithDion.com. It covers four pillars: practical AI workflows, contract readiness, capital readiness and connections with purpose. Attendees build a supervised AI workflow prototype and leave with a 30-day roadmap.
Who should attend The Power Move Summit?
Small business owners, owner-operators, founders, and service businesses such as trades, agencies, consultants, and creators. It is also built for business owners who want to pursue government or corporate contracts and for currently enrolled college students who want to start or grow a business. No technical background is needed.
Where and when is the summit?
Early to mid December 2026 is the target in Houston / Cypress. Exact date, venue, capacity, parking and accessibility details are pending.
Is the summit in person or online?
In person. The Power Move Summit is a one-day working session planned for the Houston and Cypress, Texas area. An online option has not been announced.
How much are tickets and sponsorships?
Proposed ticket pricing is $59 early access, $89 general admission, $149 implementation clinic and $20 for college students with a valid student ID shown at the door. Sponsor and exhibitor packages are listed on the sponsors page. All prices are drafts; sales are closed and no seat is reserved by registering interest.
Is there a student ticket?
Yes. A proposed $20 college student ticket gives full-day access to currently enrolled college students. A valid student ID must be shown at the door; without it, the general admission difference is due before entry.
Do I need to code?
No. Bring a laptop, charger, one repetitive task and a sanitized sample inquiry.
What do I leave with?
Prompt templates, an approved-information sheet for your business, a quote checklist, a supervised workflow prototype for one task you chose, and a 30-day roadmap. Nothing is theoretical: you build with your own sample inquiry during the labs.
Will my AI system be live afterward?
You will build drafts, a supervised prototype and an implementation plan. Live connections depend on your software, permissions and rules.
How will digital tickets work?
Once ticketing is connected, paid attendees receive unique scannable tickets. Ticket sales and codes are not available yet.
What are the refund terms?
Refunds, transfers, food, fees and any paid software requirements will be published before sales open.
How do I get updates or hold a seat?
Submit the interest form on the home page. You will get the date, venue, and ticket announcements by email. Registering interest does not charge you and does not reserve a seat; tickets go on sale after the date and venue are confirmed.
How do I sponsor or exhibit?
Three proposed packages are listed on the sponsors page: presenting partner, workflow lab, and community exhibitor. In-kind support such as food, printing, or AV is also welcome. Choose "Explore sponsorship" on the interest form or email dion@consultwithdion.com and the host team will follow up. No sponsors are confirmed yet.
Who hosts The Power Move Summit?
Dion Williams, founder of Fan2See Productions and ConsultWithDion.com, hosts the summit.
